"true beauty comes from within"

There are so many different aspects for this blog I'm bouncing around in my head at the moment. I want to create a blog where I can post my "journey" of sorts through fitness and health and finding that inner confidence that everyone seems to want and few seem to have. I'll try to chronicle recipes, what a daily day of eating looks like, fitness tips, workouts, etc. And of course, days I'm feeling particularly confident or self-conscious. We're all people, and I hope that when I do have my confident days, I can spread it to my readers. =)
For my first post, I thought I'd write up about what true beauty means. I think true beauty is someone who is both strong, smart, and confident with her/himself. (I look up to hers mostly, sorry guys). Here are some I&OB girls.
